Becki / Season's End
I was trained classically and have taken lessons in the past, and I've been doing vocals in bands for about 7 years. I took up lead vocals in 2002. The lyrics are a joint effort between band members.

Yeah they were so good - I know I'm not from SE land but hey I'll reply anyway. *is trying to put off her homework* :D I went the first Astoria night, I was really looking foward to seeing Tristania, I have all their cds and I'm a really big fan...but they don't really cut it live..Wiebke doesn't know what to do with herself when she's not warbling lol. It got better as the set went on, as usual the Astoria sound engineeer can't organise a piss up in a brewery. *rolls eyes*
Nightwsh, however, were excellent, much better than the Astoria show last year. . . Tarja interacts with the crowd more now...before she was really aloof, I know that's kinda the point of her stage persona but it didn't go down to well with a lot of people. Ho hum, just my 2 cents! :)

Hi. Where can I get a copy of 'The Failing Light'. The links on the website don't end up with the CD, just T-shirts & posters. I've tried everywhere I can think of, but no luck. Thanks! Chris

Hi Chris. The album is not currently on sale anywhere - we are preparing / revamping it for a worldwide rerelease in the Summer. Hopefully you won't have too long to wait - Thanks!

Urm, isn't it on sale on the main Bloodstock site? For ?9? In the Bloodstock cd store? Or am I just seeing things? ;)
Oh and Dave, you knowwhen the cd will be re-released, will it have anything different about it? Artwork, extra songs etc?

But Chris - if I AM seeing things and you can't get it, it'll be well worth the wait!!!

Dave / Season's End
Heh well spotted Gem, yes it is still listed there but we can't sell it - it'll get taken off soon. The re-release will have completely new artwork and the music is being remixed. Unfortunately there's no extra tracks though, sorry!

Thanks for the replies. Guess I'll just have to wait. Does this mean someone has finally recognised how good the band are and given you a contract?

Lol ok, tho I'm sure if you are nice to me I will buy another copy just to be a completist hehe. I'm assuming it'll be ready in time for bloodstock...and if there's new artwork does that mean new merch too?

Dave / Season's End
Yeah Chris we got a little contract - hopefully it'll work out well. There will be new merch too, although we're not quite sure what yet!

I just wanted to say that I really liked the mp3 samples of the music on this site. Is this the right place to say that? Anyway, I'll have to see you perform live. :) And again, love the music.
